“Great customer service” - Visited here a couple of times on this trip and it's a very deceptive pub. If it's crowded outside, you can probably get a seat, or at least a place, inside. The staff were attentive, friendly, suggested ideas, and gave advice. The other customers were friendly and the whole atmosphere was very positive.

“Really tasty Pub food and friendly staff” - Stopped here for lunch I ordered the pie which came with mash and cabbage, which makes a nice change from the usual chips.

“Perfect pub near the hub” - Westminster arms is perfectly situated for lunch after touring Churchill war rooms and Downing Street or Westminster Abbey. ! Lots of seating. We sat upstairs. Great traditional pub food- fish and chips is huge! Beef short ribs so tender and yummy. Full on bar. Perfect way to relax and catch our breath after touring. Cheers
